Sunday was a fabulous day with our first open house of the season at 717 White Street. The weather was lovely as it usually is in Key West this time of year and we had lots of funny customers who were fascinated with the property. (And we were sort of fascinated by them!)

With the cooler weather (and an early winter starting up north) the real estate market is going to keep things warm. In fact, we’ve scheduled another open house this weekend at 3630 Flagler from 1 pm to 3 pm. This is one of our favorite properties. You’ll love the location, the pool and the man cave. Perfect!
