Cory Held
Cory found Key West in a way that most of us did. On an island vacation getaway to Key West with her husband Paul, Cory was immediately drawn to the palm-filled tropical landscape and Conch style houses in the Southernmost city. The diverse and unique architectural styles of homes in Key West reminded her of the colorful buildings, luxurious estates and bohemian artwork she loved in the Caribbean islands. She felt at home instantly among the friendly locals, who seemed to have hailed from almost all over the world, bringing accents, traditions and customs with them. Cory was captivated by the close-knit Key West community. It wasn’t long before Cory and Paul found themselves thinking, “We should live in Key West”. The decision was made, and Cory’s love of the Key West island homes led her to become a Realtor shortly after they arrived.

Cory and Jeffrey Grosky have been close friends for a very long time. As a Realtor team they work together interchangeably with clients. It’s easy to understand why Cory refers to Jeffrey as her “daytime husband”!

Jeffrey Grosky
For Jeffrey Grosky, a native of Forest Hills, New York, Key West has been a life-long love affair. Jeffrey had the good fortune to grow up visiting the island frequently with his family. He knew even as a child that he would one day make the Southernmost city his home. His real estate journey began with the acquisition of vacation properties on the island, and at age 46, Jeffrey retired to Key West, making his dream come true. An outgoing extrovert and “people-person”, Jeffrey loves meeting newcomers and introducing them to the people and organizations that make up the Key West community. You’ll still hear that New York inflection in his sunny greeting.
